What is nutrition coaching?

Nutrition coaching involves working with a nutrition professional to provide you with the guidance and support you need to make better health choices. They will integrate scientific evidence with behaviour change techniques to provide you with simple steps towards your desired outcome. You will be asked questions about your goals, eating habits, lifestyle, and history in order to create a customized plan of care to help you reach your health and life-style goals. 

Do you provide meal plans?

We do NOT provide meal plans, but we will work WITH our 1-on-1 coaching clients to plan their meals when appropriate.

Can you help me lose weight?

Nourished Properly takes a weight inclusive approach to care. We will work with you to address or alleviate the negative symptoms associated with a higher body weight (such as low energy, low mood, shortness of breath, joint pain, high blood sugar/ cholesterol). While the strategies we employ may result in weight loss, our primary goal is to create sustainable solutions that help you feel healthy and confident in your body regardless of weight.
